CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All registration fees are nonrefundable once a class, camp, workshop, or program has begun.

Cancellations received in writing at least 14 calendar days before the program’s scheduled start date are eligible for a refund of 50% of the amount paid, less any nonrefundable registration, credit-card, or processing fees.

Cancellations received fewer than 14 calendar days before the program begins are not eligible for a refund.

Missed classes, withdrawals after a program begins, scheduling conflicts, and participant absences do not qualify for refunds or credits.

If Children’s Theatre Company cancels an entire program, families will receive a refund for the canceled program.

By completing registration, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
